What if I can't book my dates?
We've got great availability for most dates but if yours aren't available, don't stress. All Traveldream deals are backed by a 14-day refund guarantee!
You have 14 days from when you buy your deal voucher to book your preferred departure date and/or check in date (for hotels or resorts).
If you're finding it tricky to book in your preferred dates then please do give us a call on 1300 350 263 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our preference is for you to be able to use your voucher to book a holiday! Sometimes, we're able to work with the hotel or resort to juggle things to fit you in.
We understand that occasionally things won't work out and we will need to arrange a refund for you. Please let us know in writing from the email address that you used to make the purchase that you would like to be refunded. We will acknowledge your request and submit it for processing. Taking into account the time it takes a refund to travel through the banking system, you should receive your funds within 10 working days.
